Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide that mimics the effects of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) to stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH). It's a 29-amino acid fragment of the naturally occurring human GHRH and is the shortest synthetic fragment with full biological activity.
